Age UK Cornwall & The Isles of Scilly offers a free and confidential information and advice service for older people, their families and carers.

How you can access the service?

You can access our information and advice service:
by phone on: 01872 266888

Our information and advice advisors are available Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 13:00pm.
However, for more support you can contact the Community Gateway, 0800 - 2000, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How we can help

We offer independent information and advice helping you, or your loved ones, to apply for certain benefits where you meet the eligibility criteria. These benefits relate to everyone over 50 years and cover applications for:

✅ Attendance Allowance
✅ Blue Badges

What happens next

One of our friendly Advisors will call you back and make an appointment to discuss the eligibility criteria and take you through the form step-by-step. Most appointments are held over the phone, but we are making home appointments available where we can.

With your consent, our Advisors will also complete a Benefits Check using the online Age UK Benefits Calculator. This could identify additional benefits that you may be entitled to. If you are, our Advisor will let you know how to apply for these benefits as well.
