Our Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) groups run in Deal and Folkestone and are free to attend until 30/06/2023.

Who is this service for?

MCST is a weekly 2-hour-long session for people living with mild to moderate dementia.

What happens at the sessions?

Group members take part in meaningful and stimulating activities proven to help maintain and improve memory function. The groups provide a fun, supportive environment where people can build new friendships.

Where do the sessions take place?

We have sessions running in Deal and Folkestone:
• Tuesdays 10am-12pm at The Marigold Centre, Folkestone CT19 4NS
• Thursdays 1.30-3.30pm at The Deal Centre, Deal CT14 6AG
• Fridays 10am-12pm at The Deal Centre, Deal CT14 6AG

How much does it cost?

We have funding to deliver these sessions for FREE until March 2024.

How can I attend a session?

Group membership is limited to 10 participants and sessions much be booked in advance.
