Supporting the team
At a time when our clients need us most, there are huge pressures upon the team to continue to deliver services. Our staff and volunteers do an amazing job in protecting and promoting the well-being of older people, but their health and safety also remains a priority. In order to maintain our I&A, Keep Connected and Befriending services, we are supporting all office staff to work from home, minimising the need for travel. When office visits become essential, rotas and guidelines are in place to ensure social distancing and as each of our shops reopens, we are putting in place strict measures to ensure the safety of staff and customers. To keep the team informed and connected, we are making use of digital resources, and staying in touch by telephone, email and post.
