Independent Living Support Workers - MaidstonePart-time or full time, hours to suit Monday to Sunday. £12.21 per hour + mileage. Are you looking for a rewarding job where you’ll help to support older people in their own homes? Our ILS workers play a vital role in helping people to maintain their independence, and live comfortably at home. As an ILS Worker you’ll take on a wide variety of responsibilities including helping clients to get out the house and get their shopping, supporting with light domestic housework, looking after the welfare of our clients and providing them with support and companionship. If you’re someone who is caring and you have the patience to support people to do things at their own pace, then this role is a perfect fit for you. Your skills will also be crucial in enabling our ‘Meals on Wheels’ service to support older people in the local community over the weekends – ensuring they never go without a hot meal.
