Dementia Services

Our Dementia Centre at Dairy Court is a fully equipped, safe and homely day care facility for those living with dementia at any stage. Meanwhile COGS club is modeled on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy and is aimed to encourage members to participate in purposeful activities in order to develop and maintain an active mind. We also hold a Dementia Cafe each month.

Coronavirus - Our Support Services

Meals on Wheels - Hot, freshly-cooked two course meals delivered to your door and ready to be served. £8 per meal. You can supplement your meal with a Snack Pack, consisting of a sandwich and snacks, for an additional £3.

Shopping & Prescription Collection - We can collect your prescriptions for you and any shopping you may need. £16.50 per hour.
