Meals on Wheels - Hot, freshly-cooked two course meals delivered to your door and ready to be served. £8 per meal. You can supplement your meal with a Snack Pack, consisting of a sandwich and snacks, for an additional £3.
Shopping & Prescription Collection - We can collect your prescriptions for you and any shopping you may need. £16.50 per hour.
Dementia Outreach - Delivered by specialist Dementia trained staff who will work with families to help you care for a loved one at this time. Supporting people with Dementia in their own homes with daily activities. £16.50 per hour.
