Caring for a loved one with dementia can present you with new and challenging demands. We are here to offer ongoing information, advice and emotional support to reassure you that you are not alone.

We have a series of regular weekly online activities and the second Wednesday of each month - a carer support online group. Each session is themed and hosted by a dementia support worker and with guest speakers. Find out more and see what's on.

Due to the Covid-19 health crisis and government guidelines, the Dementia Support Team have worked hard to create different ways to stay connected to people relying on our service.

In the meantime our team are providing additional telephone support to remain in touch with everyone we currently support until we are able to resume home visits. To recreate the much valued social groups that are held in various community venues across Salford, we have now developed an online programme of weekly social groups.

If you would benefit from our support, please call 0161 728 2001 / 07928826036 or email
