Age Well in the Community in Salford aims to reduce isolation in people aged 60 and over who may have become disconnected from their neighbourhood. This may be due to a life-changing event such as illness, bereavement, relocation into the area or as a result of the pandemic.

About the Service

Age Well in the Community enables Salford residents 60 plus to become better connected to people and places in their neighbourhood.

The Age Well Community Team are running Coffee & Company hubs to enable Salford residents to meet others and access information to help them stay connected and age well.
