Our services range from dementia support to home assistance, aimed at fostering independence and improving the well-being of older adults. We are funded through public donations, income from our charity shops, and grants. Our shops play a vital role in funding and connecting with the community.

Role Overview
Hours of work: 22.5 hours (3 days over 7 days)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Location: Worcester, WR1 2RA
- Support the shop manager in managing the day to day retail activities of the shop ensuring that it is both attractive and welcoming at all times.
- Support and, in the absence of the Shop Manager, supervise the activities of the volunteers on duty, including ensuring that all relevant policies, procedures and legislation is complied with at all times.
- Liaise with the general public, local traders and any other relevant party in a manner likely to enhance and further the work and reputation of Age UK.
