Dementia Cafes
These are welcoming spaces designed for individuals with mild to moderate dementia and their loved ones to connect and socialise over a cup of tea or coffee.

Dementia Engagement and Empowerment Project
DEEP is the UK network of dementia voices, consisting of around 80 groups of people with dementia – groups that want to change things. We host a monthly group.

Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy
Opportunities for people living with mild to moderate dementia to take part in meaningful and stimulating activities, proven to help maintain memory and mental functioning.

Group Outings
We offer monthly dementia-friendly group outings, open to individuals living with dementia and their loved ones in Worcestershire.

Young Onset Dementia
A monthly group outing for people living with young onset dementia and their loved ones to socialise in a relaxed setting.

DWS Drop-Ins
Our team will be continuing to pop up in locations across Worcestershire. The team provide there expertise to support you with any queries you may have about dementia (including seeking a diagnosis) or caring for someone with dementia.

Dementia Awareness Training
Age UK Wyvern can come to your business to deliver an engaging and interactive training session on dementia awareness. Empower your staff with the knowledge and confidence to support people living with dementia.

Gents Dementia Club
These are welcoming spaces for gents with mild to moderate dementia to connect and socialise. The club will be person-led, with activities tailored to the wishes of the members, with a variety of stimulating and engaging activities each week.

Dementia Action Week 2026
Dementia Action Week takes place from 18th to 24th May 2026 and focuses this year on the stories behind the forget-me-not symbol. We will be running a schedule of activities throughout the week.
