Age UK Wyvern hosts several Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) sessions across Worcestershire.
What is Maintenance Cogntive Stimulation Therapy?
- Opportunities for people living with mild to moderate dementia to take part in meaningful and stimulating activities, which have been proven to help maintain memory and mental functioning
- 24-week programme of weekly, two-hour long activity sessions
- Fun, supportive environment, where people can build new friendships (from quizzes to creative activities to interesting discussions)
Can I come along?
MCST is not a drop-in service and should be pre-arranged with a member of our team.

Is there a cost?
Yes, there is a course fee of £120 for the full 6-month course.
