We support people living with dementia or memory difficulties and their friends and family, both in groups and one-to-one. We also run education sessions on memory management and dementia for those wanting to know more.
If you, or anyone you know, are:

- Living in Kensington & Chelsea
- Have a diagnosis of dementia or are worried about memory
- A family member or a friend of someone with dementia
- Want to know more about memory issues
then please get in touch with us, as we may be able to help.
