  • Hospital Discharge Administrator

    We currently have an opportunity for a flexible and proactive individual to join our Nightingale Home from Hospital service as our administrator. The Ninghtingale team provides much needed free support to local older people who have been discharged from hospital or become unwell in the community – with a particular emphasis on those living alone and without family support.

    We are looking for an individual with excellent administration and IT skills with experience in a health or social care related field being highly desirable. A proactive, enthusiastic and highly organised approach is also essential.

  • Welfare Benefits Advisor

    Permanent, Part-time

    We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Welfare Benefits Advisor to join our Information & Advice team. 

    You will provide free and confidential Information & Advice to older people across the borough on a range of topics. The main area of support is to claim welfare benefits and other forms of financial support – but also includes a range of other topics such as accessing care & support; independent living; sorting out paperwork and housing. 

    Access to a car is required.
