Now and again, everyone needs a little bit of help with their tech. We offer a free drop-in support service at Barbican Library, every Tuesday evening 5.30pm - 7pm.
Whether you’re confused about updates, anxious about scams or want to know how to get the best out of your battery, our expert volunteers can help. Simply ask for us at the front desk when you come in.
Bring your phone, laptop or tablet along and don’t forget to charge it before you come. Complete beginners welcome. At busy times you may need to wait to be seen. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available.
We offer a free drop-in service on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 2-4pm at Portsoken Community Centre. Simply turn up to get help with using your phone, tablet or laptop.
