We are extremely fortunate to receive many lovely quotes and stories that showcase the incredible work of volunteers and staff from Age UK Cornwall and Transport Access People.
We received this wonderful Poem that highlights some of the difficulties people face and the importance of connections made, and strides taken, by the people we support, during the Step into Wellness Programme.
