Community Gateway - A Collection of Stories | You Matter

These short stories have been provided by the Community Gateway -which was created in response to increasing living costs and pressures across the health and care system in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.  A unique partnership of more than 60 voluntary organisations has been working with NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board to offer ongoing support to communities across Cornwall. 

The Community Gateway is a collaborative network for everyone - providing access to a wide range of telephone, face-to-face, and place-based support.

The stories below highlight the wide range of support the voluntary sector provides across Cornwall - they have a common thread - they all start with a conversation and a listening ear.
