Community Transport Services shine this Summer

Community Transport Services Update:

This Spring and Summer, our Community Transport Services has been helping people across the County to access a wide range of support, and has seen a steady rise in bookings.

Our passionate, caring, professional transport team facilitated over 5,000 journeys. These journeys include trips to and from local community hubs, regular health appointments, social outings, shopping, and day's out.
