Age UK Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge’s Dementia Day Care sessions offer a welcoming and uplifting environment where people can spend time together and take part in activities that support wellbeing and enjoyment.

Age UK Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge’s Dementia Day Care sessions offer a welcoming and uplifting environment where people can spend time together and take part in activities that support wellbeing and enjoyment.

Each session includes a variety of activities such as:

• Games and group activities
• Reminiscing sessions
• Guest entertainers and performers
• Visits from specialist activity providers

Our caring team thoughtfully plan each session to ensure there is a balance of activities, conversation, and relaxation - ensuring people feel mentally, emotionally, and socially engaged.

Support for Families and Carers

When a loved one is living with dementia, family members often take on caring responsibilities - and this can be both rewarding and emotionally exhausting.

Our Dementia Day Care sessions are here to support you too.

They offer families and carers peace of mind, knowing their loved one is spending time somewhere safe and welcoming where they are supported by a compassionate team.

Each session is staffed by experienced team members who ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported. People attending receive a two-course hot meal, refreshments throughout the session, and full access to all activities taking place.

Next Steps

Dementia Day Care sessions take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Sevenoaks from 9:30am - 2:30pm. Sessions also take place in Tonbridge on Fridays from 9:30am - 2:30pm.

Sevenoaks Sessions are held at:

A full-day session costs £47, including lunch and refreshments. Transport by minibus may be available for an additional £13. Please let us know when making your enquiry if transport is required.
