The Friendly Fork is a weekly supper club for people aged 55+ where they can make new friends, learn new recipes, and explore budgeting for meals.

Friendly Fork is a weekly supper club where you'll get to meet other people living in Tonbridge, learn new recipes together, and explore ways to budget for meals. You'll share a hot, nutritious meal as a part of these supper clubs completely free of charge - channelling the value of bringing people together for a shared meal.
A range of different meals will be offered through the lunch club, with adaptations made to account for dietary requirements. We are particularly keen to support people who are experiencing loneliness or isolation, and feel they would benefit from help with preparing meals and managing a healthy and nutritious diet.
When do sessions take place?
Sessions take place 1pm every Thursday at our Day Centre at Town Lock, Lockside, Tonbridge, TN9 1EA. Unless otherwise stated sessions will be at the same time and on the same day of the week every week.
How much do sessions cost?
Sessions are free of charge, thanks to generous funding received to make this lunch club possible.
Can carers attend?
Carers are welcome to attend but food will not be provided for them.
