Want to join our Retail team? We are recruiting for a Sunday Assistant Manager, based at our High Street (Bromsgrove) shop.

Job Title: Charity Shop Assistant Manager (Sundays)
Responsible to: Shop Manager and Head of Retail
Responsible for: Shop Volunteers
Location: High Street (Bromsgrove) Charity Shop
Job Type: Permanent
Hours per week: Sundays - 6.5 hours per week (with the possibility of additional hours to cover annual leave/ staff absences – to be discussed at interview )
Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time hours)
Salary: £ 12.71 per hour

Job Purpose & Role

To assist the Shop Manager to ensure the efficient running of the Charity Shop, to enable Age UK North Worcestershire to raise funds towards services and support for local older people, by maximising sales and ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service. To provide a source of inexpensive, preloved items for the North Worcestershire community. The shop will also pass on referrals to Age UK North Worcestershire offices on request.
