Dementia and Me is a service to help enrich the lives of people living with Dementia

From Memory Cafes to Cinema Clubs, we have a number of free activities that offer a safe and calm environment to meet others living with dementia or other caregivers, share experiences, and get information and advice.

What's on?

Memory Cafes

We run a number of Memory cafes in and around Tunbridge Wells that offer a calm and safe environment to meet others living with Dementia or other caregivers. The cafes provide an opportunity to share experiences and get information and advice, they are also a great way to get out of the house and socialise.

We have also launched our new Music Memory cafes! Come and join our friendly group while we sing, play musical instruments and make memories with loved ones and carers. There will be a nice cup of tea or coffee, along with a biscuit or two too.

Our current Memory Cafe locations:

  • Chamberlain Court, Tunbridge Wells
  • Evernden House, Cranbrook
  • Age UK Tunbridge Wells Day Centre, Tunbridge Wells
