Following the success of last year's event, Age UK Tunbridge Wells and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council are delighted to bring Silver Sunday back for 2026.
Join us for this free community celebration, part of a nationwide day dedicated to recognising and celebrating older people. Silver Sunday is all about bringing people of all ages together, creating connections, and highlighting the valuable contribution older people make to our communities across Tunbridge Wells borough.
Expect a warm welcome, entertainment, afternoon tea, information, and plenty of opportunities to meet new people and enjoy a great day out together.
Location: The Amelia Scott, Tunbridge Wells.
What to expect:
- Live performances from a grand piano, violinist & singer in the beautiful Upper Atrium
- Afternoon tea served between 14:00pm – 15:15pm
- Time to explore The Amelia Scott’s museum and art gallery spaces, open throughout the day
