Later life planning

We know that planning for Later life can be difficult. That's why we've introduced a new service to make it easier for you and to help take the worry off your mind.

Foot care

We are able to offer regular basic level foot care, through clinics and home visiting. Service is designed to help those who may not be able to do this themselves get the care they need.

Dementia meeting centres

Join us at any one of our 4 Dementia Meeting Centres, where we welcome everyone (confirmed diagnoses or not), to meet old friends and make new ones. Take part in various activities, games, discussion groups and even trips out. Our centres are available across Worcester & Malvern Hills.

Worcestershire dementia community support

Living with dementia can bring many challenges, including feelings of loneliness and social isolation. As a joint initiative across Herefordshire & Worcestershire, our community support service is here to help you stay connected, and to help you continue doing the things you enjoy.

Maintenance cognitive stimulation therapy

Join us from the comfort of your own home. Specifically designed for people living with mild to moderate dementia, attendees will have the opportunity to try different stimulating and meaningful activities; proven to maintain memory and mental functioning.
