What is a Lasting Power of Attorney?
These are legal documents that allow you to appoint one or more people to help make decisions or make decisions on your behalf, when you are no longer able to. It is reassuring to know that somebody you have chosen and trust is able to make decisions for you, rather than a stranger that you do not know or trust.

How do I access the service?
This service is by appointment only. It is available every 2nd Monday of the month.
Is there a charge?
This is a charged for service. However, you are entitled to a free 30 minute consultation with our advisor beforehand. Our LPA charges are listed below.
