Volunteer with our counselling service and help older people in Camden enjoy later life
What does the role involve?
Volunteering with Age UK Camden's counselling service to provide counselling/psychotherapy to people of 55 years and over in Camden.
What will you get out of it?
- You'll be giving something to your community.
- Valuable counselling experience at a BACP member organisation.
- You'll be part of Age UK Camden's volunteer team.
- Volunteers tell us they find it worthwhile and rewarding.
What is expected of me?
You will be fully qualified (or near qualification) at post-graduate diploma or master level. You will also have around 100 hours of supervised counselling sessions.
We currently have no vacancies for trainee counsellors/psychotherapists with no clinical experience. We will be open again for applications May 2024.
