With temperatures rising across Oxfordshire, it’s important to take extra care in the heat — if you’re older, living with a health condition, or supporting someone who may be more vulnerable.
We’re encouraging everyone to check in on older neighbours, friends and relatives to make sure they’re coping with the hot weather.

Due to the red extreme heat warning forecast across the UK this week (22nd - 26th June), ALL of our exercise classes in Oxfordshire have been cancelled.
