Age UK Gloucestershire’s vision is to make our county the best place in the UK in which to grow older. If you have the skills and passion to listen, understand and support older people to lead safe and comfortable later lives then please join us. We are expanding our team providing older people and those supporting them with information and advice.
The post holder will have a positive attitude about ageing and motivated to support people from across Gloucestershire to live their best later lives. You should be able to actively listen with understanding and empathy over the phone, by email and in person and be able to explore and resolve people’s queries or connect them to the support they require. Proficient in using CRM databases & Microsoft office functions are also required.
