Age UK Hythe, Lyminge & Ashford offers day services for older adults, providing social activities, companionship, and emotional support in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment to enhance well-being and independence.
Community Meals
The service provides a freshly prepared two course meal at lunchtime, hot and ready to eat, and our staff and volunteers provide a welfare check. The team get to know our clients and their regular visits can brighten their day.

Age UK offers dedicated dementia services, providing compassionate support, advice, and resources for individuals and their families. Our goal at Age UK is to enhance the overall quality of life and to ensure a dignified journey.
Information and advice
Age UK Hythe, Lyminge, and Ashford has a team of expert Information and Advice Officers working across the Hythe, Lyminge, and Ashford areas. They provide a free, confidential, and impartial advice service. Contact: 01303 269602
