Due to the advice from the government about social distancing in regards to the coronavirus, we’re now unable able to carry on with our digital drop-in sessions and one-to-one training until further notice.

We are now trialling over the phone support to assist with learning how to video call your family and friends through WhatsApp, Facebook and Skype on mobile phones and tablets.

The criteria to be able to use this service: You must have a good basic understand of how to use your mobile phone or tablet and you must have a landline.

We are happy to work with both android and apple products.

Each pre-arranged session will last up to one hour (if needed). You can have more than one session.

The session will be delivered by one of our volunteer Digital Champions. They will do their best to support you but we can guarantee success due to the challenges of training over the phone.

To book an appointment, or for more details please contact Lee Potter on 07983 216 552 or email digital.champion@ageukleeds.org.uk
