We know that older people are at great risk and at Age UK Leeds we are determined to do everything we can to help and support those most in need. To find out what we are doing and how you can help, please click the ‘more information’ button for our statement.

Do you have a neighbour that may need help?

Do you have an elderly neighbour or is there someone living on your street you are concerned about? Can you post one of our leaflets through their door? The person will then have details about how to get in touch with Leeds City Council and Age UK Leeds so that we can provide them with the support that they need. Copies of the leaflet can be downloaded via the pink button on the right.

We offer you free, confidential and expert advice through our information service. If you need to know about social care, housing, scams or legal issues, we are here to help.

Help at Home Service

We are pleased to announce our new service Help at Home, which provides a competitively priced support services, which will enable you or your loved one to continue to enjoy living at home.

Hospital to Home

The Hospital to Home service provides support to Leeds residents aged 60+ who have attended A&E or had a short stay in hospital on the assessment units at St James Hospital in Leeds
