Fit for futures activity club is aimed at those 50+ and provides a 3 hour window opportunity for some activity and a bit of company.
It runs every Tuesday 11 – 2pm. Within this time slot is a 50+ swim (11am – 11.45am), the use of the tennis centre for short tennis, badminton, table tennis and use of the gym.
Between 12.45pm – 1.15pm we do a scheduled seated exercise class and 1.15pm – 2pm is the opportunity to have a cuppa, chat and play table games or Boccia etc.
Cost - £2 if you have any sort of membership with us or £5 as a non-member.
