Age UK South Cumbria are proud to offer our regular IT Drop-In sessions where our knowledgeable volunteers are at hand to help with all matters digital. Be it getting familiar with a new smartphone, setting up an email account or accessing online accounts, we are here to help.
The number of older people online has increased substantially over recent years, but there is still a sizable minority who are not online with the majority of those being the elderly. In a world that increasingly relies on being online to manage many aspects of daily life, many older people are being left behind or excluded from crucial services.
What support can I get?
Our regular drop-in sessions will help will a variety of subjects from, but not limited to:
• Connecting to the internet
• Navigating around devices
• Assisting with setting up new email accounts
• Helping with online accounts such as energy, retail, and entertainment
• Transferring information

Kendal Library
1st and 3rd
Wednesday of the
month 10am to 11:30am
Windermere Library
2nd and 4th
Friday of the
month 10am to 11:30am
