What's MCST? Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) is a weekly two-hour session for people living with mild to moderate dementia.
Group members take part in meaningful and stimulating activities, proven to help maintain memory and mental functioning. The groups provide a fun, supportive environment where people can build new friendships.
Activities vary from week to week but can include: Discussions, word games, quizzes, physical activities, creative and musical activities.

About MCST

Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy is found to improve or slow the decline of the cognitive abilities of people living with mild to moderate dementia. It also improves their overall wellbeing.

Sessions take place every Friday between 10:00am - 12:00pm at:
