Head of Information and Advice
JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking someone passionate about supporting our local community to join us in a role that involves ensuring Age UK maintains its Information and Advice Quality Standard (IQAP) while fostering continuous improvement.
As a leader in our Information and Advice Service, you'll have the chance to directly manage and guide our dedicated team. Collaborating with our Deputy Chief Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in developing our services and exploring exciting opportunities for future funding.
