We offer a range of social activities helping you to meet new people. If you feel you have become isolated or lonely then we can offer support to help you get back into the community.

You can make new friends at our friendship groups with an afternoon of refreshments and activities or you can put your skills to use by meeting up with likeminded people in our activity groups for example 'men in workshops' which gives you the opportunity to practice your DIY skills by repairing and renovating donated furniture. Our Opportunities allow you to keep in touch with current friends and make new ones.

For a whole range of activities and groups look at our social diaries or Contact our helpline: 08443 843 843
