How nominations work

Complete our nomination form with the requested details.

Tell us the person's first name, whether they are aged 50 or over, and which village or area of Barnsley they live in.

Wherever possible, let the person know you are nominating them.

If a nomination progresses, we'll follow our agreed process to contact the person, explain the project and establish whether they'd welcome a gift and, where available, a visit.

Please remember that submitting a nomination does not guarantee that someone will receive a gift or visit. We'll do our best to help as many eligible people as we can.
