Our Affordable Shopper Service helps you shop with confidence while maintaining your independence.
Whether you prefer to shop online or need someone to collect your groceries for you, we're here to make grocery shopping simple, convenient and stress-free.
Online Shopping Support
Need a little help placing an online supermarket order? We're here to help.
We'll work with you to create your shopping list, find the items you need on your chosen supermarket's website and place the order on your behalf. Your groceries will then be delivered directly to your home by the supermarket.
With this service:
- We'll help you place your online supermarket order.
- Your groceries are delivered to your door by the supermarket.
- You pay for your shopping, any supermarket delivery charge and our £5 administration fee.
Please note that some supermarkets have a minimum spend for online orders.
Click & Collect or Home Delivery
If you'd prefer, we can do the shopping for you.
Simply give us your shopping list and one of our Shopper Service Officers will collect your groceries from the supermarket and deliver them straight to your home.
We can also help unpack your shopping and dispose of any out-of-date or spoiled food if required.
With this service:
- We shop for your groceries using your shopping list.
- We collect your shopping from the supermarket.
- We deliver it to your home.
- We can help unpack your shopping.
- You pay for your shopping, our £18 service fee and a small mileage charge.
