Job Vacancy: Befriending Co-ordinator
We are seeking a Co-ordinator to set up a new befriending service for older people living in the borough of Bury. We are looking for someone with experience of planning and delivering a project, working with vulnerable people and volunteers.

Job Location: Bury Society for Blind and Partially Sighted People, 4 Tenterden Street, Bury, BL9 0EG
Responsible to: Chief Officer, Age UK Bury
Responsible for: Volunteers
Hours of Work: 28 hours
Salary: £17,180/annum + contribution to pension
Contract: Permanent, subject to 6 months probationary period.
Funding has been secured for 3 years initially.
Closing Date: Noon on 18th February 2020
