The pandemic has been devastating
for older people, but together with your help, we can be there for them now and in the future
This is a difficult time for all of us right now, but our older generation are particularly struggling with the challenges of self-isolation. We are here to help!
We’ve had to make some changes to how we provide support to older people and their carers in Carlisle and Eden area. Although we have had to close our Lunch Clubs and Day Groups, our staff are still working to provide vital support to those who may be vulnerable and self isolating.
If you would like to access any of the support services.
Please contact our office at 01228 536673.
Our volunteers come from all age groups and offer a great variety of skills. Volunteering is an opportunity to give time and commitment to improve the quality of life of others, and contribute positively to your community.
We offer a free independent confidential service for those 50 or over who require in-formation and advice.
Give your unwanted goods to our ahops and help support older people in need.
