    Age UK Carlisle and Eden provides information and advice on a range of issues relating to older people and those who care for them. 

  • Falls Prevention 'Get Up and Go'

    Age UK Carlisle and Eden together with Cumbria County Council  have launched a new fall prevention campaign ‘Get Up and Go’ to promote simple steps that can be taken to avoid falls. 

  • Home Support

    Home Support Service is a chargeable service for people living in Carlisle and Eden area, who need help to do the jobs they are no longer able to do alone.

  • Lunch Clubs and Day Care
