Supporting Vaccinations in 2021 | Age UK Cornwall

In 2021, Age UK Cornwall took the lead with vaccination coordination and support in several areas.
This includes our work with Reeds Pharmacy, Truro; Lanivet Parish Community Centre; Pensilva Millenium House; Veor Surgery; local Social Prescribing Services and Volunteer-led supported appointments and transport.
