The Role

You will be on hand to attend the regular IT class, help teach the basics of IT and instruct people in specific IT tasks. It is important that you are competent in IT, and have good communication, organisation, and listening skills - above all, you must be kind, compassionate and have a 'can do' attitude. 

You will be volunteering as part of a small team and, following training, will be able to provide information about our services and offer additional support.
