Cost of Living Crisis

Due to the current Cost of Living Crisis our Information and Advice Service is in very high demand and it is taking us up to 15 working days to reply to enquiries. In an effort to provide the best service possible we have included some links below that may help you in the interim:

Guides and Factsheets

The Age UK National website has a wide selection of Guides and Factsheets that are available to download or print.

Benefit Calculator

The Age UK Benefits Calculator is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to check what means-tested benefits you may be entitled to.

Household Support Fund

Funded by UK Government, the scheme is for those most in need of support to help with significantly rising living costs.

Age UK Kent Rivers are working with Swale Borough Council and other local organisations to deliver support within the Borough.

For more information on the HSF please contact us on 01795 532766 or email:

For all other Information & Advice

Whilst Age UK Kent Rivers are no longer able to provide an Information and Advice service in Medway, our friendly team can still assist you with the support you need by directing you to other local organisations who can help.
