Our customers are treated with dignity and respect and are supported by professional, friendly and reliable Carers.
Examples of what we can support with:
- Dressing and undressing
- Washing, bathing, shaving and oral health
- Toileting and continence care
- Support with mobility
- Nutritional support including eating and drinking
- Prompting and administering medication
Care Companions
Our Care Companions are fully qualified Carers with their own transport and full business insurance, meaning they can drive and accompany you to wherever you would like to go! Support is available from 30 minutes to full days or evenings, so you will have plenty of time.
If you would like to go on a day out, your Care Companion will come to your home, help you to get ready, accompany you, and ensure that you are safe at home on your return.
Alternatively if there is an activity you would like to do at home (eg. cooking a meal, doing a spot of gardening, or playing a board game) your Care Companion will be happy to join and support you.
