Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 10am - 3pm, you can pop in to make appointments with our team, create referrals for specific services, or choose from a variety of our handy leaflets and guides around a whole variety of subjects.

Making a complaint

Whilst we work hard to deliver good quality services at Age UK North, South & West Dorset, we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. If you want to make a complaint about any aspect of the charity, please email enquiries@ageuknswd.org.uk or write to us at Age UK North, South and West Dorset, Units 1-2, Crown Square, Poundbury, DT1 3EN

We will respond to you within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the relevant Head of Service or the Chief Officer, who again will respond to you within 10 working days.

If you feel that the matter remains unresolved, please write to the Board of Trustees at the above address.
