We offer exercise classes (in person & online) to help keep you active. Regular activity and exercise can support you in maintaining balance, strength, circulation and posture. The groups are also a fantastic opportunity to socialise with other people.

Seated Exercise Classes

Seated Exercise Classes, offer gentle chair based exercises that are designed to improve confidence, increase stability, improve mobility and balance, strengthen muscles, improve posture and help prevent falls.

We offer classes across North, South & West Dorset, including Weymouth, North Dorset & Dorchester. Sessions are 1hr every week and charged at £5.

Try Our Online Sessions

Online Seated Exercise Classes, offer the same gentle chair based exercises that are designed to improve confidence, increase stability, improve mobility and balance, strengthen muscles, improve posture and help prevent falls.

Online classes have the added benefit of not needing to travel or have transport, are perfect if your mobility prevents you from perhaps attending in person, everyone with you can join in and you can stay in the comfort of your own home.

All you need is a computer or mobile device such as a tablet or phone, an internet connection, a chair to sit on, speakers/headphones and a camera. Sessions are via Zoom and we send you the website link once you enrol.

Session Details
- £4 per session
- Every Thursday for 1hr
- 10am - 11am
- Stop and start as you like
