! ! Information & Advice closed to new enquiries ! !

From Monday 12th January until Friday 23rd January 2026 inclusive our Information & Advice service is closed to new enquiries. This will allow us to respond to the high volume of existing enquiries and casework and complete essential training so we can continue to support people in the future. Our Information & Advice service will reopen to new enquiries on Monday 26th January. Other services are open as normal.

You can contact Age UK National advice line (0800 169 6565) for help with a wide range of queries including benefits, accessing social care and housing options.
