! ! Information & Advice closed to new enquiries ! !
From Monday 12th January until Friday 23rd January 2026 inclusive our Information & Advice service is closed to new enquiries. This will allow us to respond to the high volume of existing enquiries and casework and complete essential training so we can continue to support people in the future. Our Information & Advice service will reopen to new enquiries on Monday 26th January. Other services are open as normal.
You can contact Age UK National advice line (0800 169 6565) for help with a wide range of queries including benefits, accessing social care and housing options.
Our website has information to help with many enquiries;
- FAQs on our most common advice areas including benefits, care support, local traders and services, housing and travel
- Information on other Age UK Wiltshire services
- If you live in Melksham, Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Calne, Marlborough or South West Wiltshire you can access support directly through our dedicated Community Support Services.
