Mrs B contacted us to explain that her husband had recently passed away, and now 5 months further on, was finding it difficult to cope financially. With our help and support, this client was able to complete a Pension Credit application and Housing Benefit claim.
The result of which means she is now €3,952 per year better off. Mrs B stated:
