Team Leader (Home Support)
Location: 7 Warwick Row, Coventry, CV1 1EX.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid Work Arrangement.
Salary: £29,028.95.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role within our busy Home Support team in Coventry. As Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day coordination of the service, support a team of administrators, and ensure clients receive a smooth and reliable experience.
You’ll monitor performance, keep our systems running efficiently, and help drive the continued growth of the service. It’s a fast paced role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys supporting others, staying organised, and making a positive impact.
