There are so many things you can get involved in at the Gilbert Richards Centre for the over 50s in Earlsdon. The Centre offers a wide varierty of activities to interest you and provide friendship and fun. Many are in group settings with a leader.
- A wide variety of Arts and Crafts such as pottery, sculpture, painting in oils and watercolours, knitting, sewing and working with textiles.
- Wood Working for beginners and the more skilled
- Staying Active - sessions to assist fitness and mobility include tai chi, keep fit, seated exercises, line dancing and movement to music.
- Computer & IT sessions
- Adult Education classes includes exploring family history
Who can use the centre?
Anyone over 50 living in the Coventry area. The centre is wheelchair friendly and wheelchairs are available for hire for use inside and outside the centre. Details of hire arrangements are available below:
