Ways we could work together

Support your employees who are also carers - host a Prepare to Care session

  • 1 in 7 UK employees are also unpaid carers, balancing work with the demands of looking after a loved one. Many do so silently, often until they reach a crisis point.

Our Prepare to Care Lunch & Learn sessions are designed to raise awareness, foster empathy, and equip your workforce with the tools they need to support themselves and their colleagues.

What we offer:

  • Engaging, expert-led sessions that explore the realities of unpaid caring
  • Practical guidance on recognising carer stress and accessing support
  • A safe, inclusive space for employees to reflect and share experiences

Whether you're an HR leader looking to enhance your wellbeing strategy or a CSR professional seeking meaningful ways to support your people, this session is a powerful step toward a more compassionate workplace.

Enquire about booking a session today and help your team feel seen, supported, and prepared.

Support older people at Christmas

This Christmas, we’re asking local businesses and schools to join us in creating 1,000 moments of joy for people who might otherwise feel forgotten. From making festive cards for patients in hospital to delivering hampers, hosting celebrations, and decorating our centres, every action helps bring warmth and connection to someone’s life.

Because no one should feel alone at Christmas.

Get involved today - fundraise, volunteer, or donate - and help us make this season brighter for older people in East London.

By sponsoring an event you help us with the costs, for example, food and decorations, and in return get some great PR and local media coverage. It's a great way for staff to bond by working together to help vulnerable older people. Previous supporters have funded and served Christmas lunches, and Chinese New Year.

Gift in kind

Giving a corporate gift, which can be your skills and expertise pro-bono donating stock to help older East Londoners. Please contact us to find out whether your possible donation could be of use.

Payroll giving

An easy and effective way to fundraise is through the Payroll Giving scheme where donations are taken before tax, giving immediate tax relief on the donation.
