Gloucestershire's Frailty Network and Community of Practice

Age UK Gloucestershire and One Gloucestershire are partnering together to support the networking and learnings around frailty across the county.

We are inviting Gloucestershire professionals from a variety of sectors including Statutory, VCSE, and Care Homes across Gloucestershire to collaborate and highlight the causes, concerns and impact of frailty.
