Frailty Network

Gloucestershire's Frailty Network and Community of Practice

Age UK Gloucestershire and One Gloucestershire are partnering together to support the networking and learnings around frailty across the county.

We are inviting Gloucestershire professionals from a variety of sectors including Statutory, VCSE, and Care Homes across Gloucestershire to collaborate and highlight the causes, concerns and impact of frailty. If this is something you are interested in supporting, please join by registering your details below.

Date: 28th July

Time: 10am - 12pm

The 2 hour session will provide opportunity to discuss the good and bad experiences of frailty, as well as how we can learn from these and improve experiences. You can also have the chance to influence how this network and community of practice is shaped for the future.
